Delivery & Cancelled
At Menuaku, we strive to ensure that your food is delivered promptly and efficiently. Delivery charges are based on the distance, calculated using the rates from services like Lalamove. Please note that the delivery charge is not included in the item price and will be added at checkout. To ensure smooth delivery, Menuaku will call you before delivery to confirm the location and time.
When our delivery arrives at your location, it is your responsibility to collect the order yourself. If our delivery personnel need to wait for more than 10 minutes at the location, additional fees may be charged to you. We aim to provide timely and hassle-free deliveries, so we appreciate your cooperation in promptly collecting your order.
Regarding order cancellations, we have a strict policy in place. Orders cannot be canceled within 24 hours and less of the scheduled delivery time. If you cancel before the delivery, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. This partial refund covers the cost of ingredients and preparation that has already been done.
For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, you will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees that may apply. This ensures that our resources are not wasted, and we can maintain the quality of our services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations as fairly as possible.
